Join Next Level Chef, Ryan Scanlon for an evening making Agnolotti di Pasta with a 3-cheese & kale filling. We'll be using vibrant herbs to make the pasta dough green. This will be the fourth class Ryan is doing with us at The Kitchen. He's a wonderful instructor and it's been lovely having him in our space. Please join us for a fun and entertaining evening!
Welcome! My name is Chef Ryan Scanlon and I’m thrilled to be hosting in tandem with The Kitchen an upcoming pasta-making class where I get to share one of my greatest passions creating delicious, handmade pasta from scratch. I was raised on Martha’s Vineyard, where working at Alchemy on Main Street in Edgartown I discovered the joy of cooking and the deep satisfaction that comes from sharing a great meal with others.
