Cooking with the Seasons: Spring Edition
Join Chef Jess from Mama Jean as we continue to explore the James Beard award-winning cookbook Six Seasons: A New Way with Vegetables by Joshua McFadden. Following up on our wonderful wintertime cooking class, we’ll select recipes that celebrate the early signs of spring, and then sit down to enjoy the dishes together for a BYOB brunch. Note: some dishes may incorporate meat, dairy, and/or gluten. Participants will purchase the cookbook through Molly’s Bookstore with a 20% discount and submit their picks for dishes to make in class! Payments for classes and dinners at The Kitchen are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However we are unable to refund fees and all payments are final.
