Service Description

Join us as we embark on a six week culinary adventure. Learn the most important skills and techniques of a first year culinary student. We’ll explore knife skills, the all mighty egg, dry and moist heat cooking techniques, pasta making, chicken butchery, and mother sauces. By the end of the course you will have transformed yourself from a home cook, into a home chef! This class is suitable for teens and adults.

Cancellation Policy

Payments for classes and dinners at The Kitchen are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However we are unable to refund fees and all payments are final.
