This class is part of our 6-week culinary adventure, however we havee listed it as a one-off for those who just want to learn the five mother sauces, but not commit to the entire series! This mother sauces class is suitable for teens and adults You will learn the basis of 5 French sauces. - Hollandaise - Bechamel - Velouté - Espagnole - Sauce Tomat (“Marinara”) The class is suitable for teens and adults.
