Service Description

We are thrilled to have master baker, Lauren Donati, owner of the Bread Shop, formerly from Wakefield, now moving to Melrose, lead a series of baking classes at the Kitchen. We wanted to make this class available immediately while we work out the dates for the other classes in the series. This class geared towards adults and teens 16+. May 11, 1pm-4pm Cinnamon buns-How to make The Bread Shops famous cinnamon buns at home. This is a perfect class for making cinnamon buns for yourself or that special mom in your life just in time for Mother's Day! May 14, 6pm-8:30/9pm: We are running the Cinnamon bun class again based on interest! May 11th sold out quickly. May 21, 6pm-8:30/9pm: Quick Rising breads. Discover the secrets to creating mouthwatering bread loaves that rise quickly without compromising on flavor or texture.

Cancellation Policy

Payments for classes and dinners at The Kitchen are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However we are unable to refund fees and all payments are final.
