Service Description

We are thrilled to have master baker, Lauren Donati, owner of the Bread Shop, formerly from Wakefield, now moving to Melrose, lead a series of baking classes at the Kitchen. We wanted to make this class available immediately while we work out the dates for the other classes in the series. This class geared towards adults and teens 16+. April 21, 1pm-4pm- Let's make Bagels and Schmear! Yup! We are making and baking bagels and mixing our own schmears, all from scratch! May 2, 6pm-8:30/9pm: Focaccia/Pizza/Ciabatta class. We'll make several flavors of Focaccia, your own pizza and ciabatta doughs! This will be our second time running this class. It's a great course! May 11, 1pm-4pm Cinnamon buns-How to make The Bread Shops famous cinnamon buns at home. This is a perfect class for making cinnamon buns for yourself or that special mom in your life just in time for Mother's Day!

Cancellation Policy

Payments for classes and dinners at The Kitchen are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However we are unable to refund fees and all payments are final.
