Service Description
Join us for a unique cooking experience celebrating the rich and diverse culinary traditions of Indigenous peoples. In this hands-on class, young chefs aged 9 and up will explore a variety of native ingredients and learn how to prepare traditional dishes that highlight the flavors of the land. During this three-hour session, participants will: - Discover the history and cultural significance of Indigenous ingredients like corn, beans, squash, and wild rice. - Prepare and enjoy delicious recipes - Discuss Indigenous cultures and their contributions to modern cuisine. This class offers a fun and educational opportunity to deepen your appreciation for Indigenous foodways and techniques. Bring your curiosity and appetite for a journey through Indigenous flavors!
