Naturally Sweet Baking

As more and more of us are looking to reduce the refined sugar in our diets, well known bakers including Joanne Chang and the teams at King Arthur Baking and America’s Test Kitchen have published recipes for not-too-sweet treats. If you’re interested in learning how to bake with less sugar and use natural sweeteners, then this class is for you! Join Chef Jess from Mama Jean to discuss how to incorporate naturally sweet ingredients (such as honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar, dried dates, and fresh fruit) and bake a selection of satisfying and less sweet treats to enjoy together at the end of class. You’ll leave with new recipes and resources for good-for-you sweets!
