Plant Based/Vegan Baking

Join Chef Jess from Mama Jean for a class exploring the delicious possibilities for baked goods that are made with nourishing ingredients and plant-based fats, including coconut oil, olive oil, nut butters, and seeds (i.e. flax and chia). This hands-on class is for anyone who is interested in learning how to make satisfying baked goods that have health benefits, too - from cookies/bars to tea cakes and scones. We’ll end class sampling the treats that we bake together. You’ll leave with new recipes and resources for good-for-you, plant-based sweets!
