About the event
Teens will learn to cook several dishes from scratch and work on technique, plating and presentation in this class with Chef Brian. Please list all food allergies/vegetarian. Each day teens will vote on 4 recipes they will cook the following day. All recipes will be inspired from Alton Brown's cookbooks.
