Baking with Chef T 4th & 5th Graders

This 5-week after school series with Chef T will create some serious home bakers on your hands! Chef T will flip basic recipes and inspire our young bakers to think outside the box. Students will advance their skills and increase their confidence in the kitchen. 

Chef T started his chocolatier journey by being cast on the first season of Great Chocolate Showdown (where he was a finalist). Since then, he has graduated from and then become the faculty of the Ecole Chocolat Professional Chocolatier Program, as well as worked as a consultant for various chocolate shops across the country. He was a presenter for the International Pastry Arts Magazine's Virtual Summit in 2020, where he was sponsored by a chocolate machine company to demonstrate their product with one of his signature desserts. He is so excited to share his love of chocolate with you all.
