Bistro Week, ages 10+ August 18 -August 22; 10am-2pm

The theme for this week "American Bistro." We will be learning some top chef dishes from various Bistros, and even creating our own. We are also doing things a little differently this year, on Friday's the teen chefs will be creating a restaurant and dishes they learned for the week; cooking, plating and serving for a parent or guardian at 1pm on Fridays.
