Dalmation Coastline Cruise to Croatia-Monthly Dinner Party

Join us for a delectable evening at The Kitchen for a Dalmatian Coastline Cruise Cuisine curated using local farm fresh ingredients. This elevated Croatian fare is inspired  by our very own chef, Brian Clark, who's wife is from Croatia and where they just spent three weeks eating their way through vacation.  So the menu is fresh on his mind!  

We'll enjoy multiple courses paired with wine and beer *, and served family style. This is our second  monthly dinner party where The Kitchen Team prepares the meal, serves dinner, and cleans up! Come solo, or bring a family member, a date, a friend, or a group of friends!  Only 24 tickets are available! The menu is set, however some modifications can be made for dietary restrictions. 

Buffet Apps

Fried calamari and mixed summer vegetables

Charcuterie board with prosciutto, ‘paški sir’ cheese, olives, bread

Pre-set Course:

Mediterranean salad- arugula, feta, olives, tomatoes, herbs, mint vinaigrette

Squid-ink risotto with lavender gremolata

Appetizer Course: Mussels Buzara- mussels steamed in garlic, tomato, and Dalmatian herbs

Komiška Pogača- “stuffed bread” with onions and vegetables, from the island of Vis, pronounced “komishka pogacha”

Main Course:

Whole Roasted Fish with herb-sauce and olive oil

Čevapčici- pronounced “chevapchichi”: grilled beef or lamb kebabs with a red bell pepper “ketchup”

Dalmatian potatoes and sauteed swiss chard

Dessert: Palačinke with fig marmalade and white chocolate (pronounced: “pal-uh-chink-uh”,  stuffed crepes)
