Mediterranean inspried menu that is natrually gluten-free! Join us for a fun date night. Geared towards adults, but teens are welcome to take this class with a parent. Ticket's sold per person.

Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette
Pan Seared Salmon with Lemon-Caper butter sauce
Herb-roasted fingerling potatoes
Garlicky sautéed greens (chard, kale spinach, tbd)
