Join us as we embark on a six week culinary adventure. Learn the most important skills and techniques of a first year culinary student. We’ll explore pastry making, the all mighty egg, cheese making, pasta making, chicken and fish butchery, and mother sauces.
This class is mother suaces; We'll be learning how to make sauces for Eggs Benedict, fancy mac & cheese, a chicken with tarragon veloute, and an eggplant parmesan.
We will make these four dishes and eat together at the end.
