Israeli Street Food Class With Chef Julie

Join The Kitchen owner, Chef Julie, for an educational evening and discussion on Israeli Street Food. We'll be making falafel, humus, roasted eggplant, two types of tahina, Israeli salad, and pita from scratch. We will discuss why Israeli foods are so diverse and eclectic. Join us for a tasty evening where we'll cook a little and eat a lot.

This is a naturally vegan class and can be gluten friendly, except for the Pita.
