Come join Chef T in the kitchen for a fun pride-filled date night as you learn to make beautiful french eclairs, filled with diplomat cream, topped with a shimmering dark chocolate glaze, and a rainbow tuille. Bring your partner-in-crime, whoever that may be

We are so excited to welcome Chef T to our team. Chef T Lawrence-Simon is a chocolatier and pastry chef in Somerville, Massachusetts. Starting as a home baker, T found a love for pastry, specifically studying the French Patisserie methods. After being scouted and cast on the baking competition Great Chocolate Showdown, T competed his way to the finals, proving himself as a talented and creative dessert maker. Since the show's filming, T has pursued even more challenging techniques and repertoire. T has also graduated from and become a teacher through EcoleChocolat's Professional Chocolatier Program. T frequently consults with new chocolate/baking businesses on refining their techniques, process, and ideas. Cirque du Soufflé combines his love for the creative and daring aspects of circus performance with the precision and delicious capabilities of desserts.

Currently,  you can see T competing on “Crime Scene Kitchen” Season 2 on FOX (airing on Mondays starting June 5th at 9pm, and released on HULU the next day).
