Summer Program: Regional Italian Cuisines ages 10+ June 23-June 27

The kitchen is excited to introduce our summer program for Teens (ages 10+ ). The theme for this week "Regional Italian Cuisines" Teens will recreate regional Italian dishes like homemade pasta/ravioli, focaccia, chicken parm, gelato, just to name a few. We are doing things a little differently this year, we extended camp to 2pm, and on Friday's the teen chefs will be creating a restaurant and dishes they learned for the week; cooking, plating and serving for a parent or guardian at 12pm on Fridays. Not only will students learn key cooking skills and techniques, they will also be learning about running a restaurant!
