Cameron is the Beverage Director at Sarma, an award-winning, small plates restaurant in Somerville, MA. He leads a team to create seasonal cocktails using the ingredients of the Eastern Mediterranean that are accessible and familiar yet exciting, flavorful and sometimes, unknown. He grew up in Wakefield but recently converted his allegiance to Melrose, where he lives in a very old condo with his girlfriend and senior dog. In his free time he enjoys spending too much money on vinyl records, cooking for friends and teaching other service industry workers about the importance of maxing out a Roth IRA.
