Teen Baking - Decadent Chocolate Delights

In this class, teenagers ages 10 - 14 will get to learn the fundamentals of baking through the creation of a variety of delicious chocolate treats!

Skills learned:

• How to read a recipe

• How to measure ingredients

• How to organize a recipe (mise en place/premeasuring ingredients)

• How to collaborate with team members to create food together
