Join Chef David Drew for a romantic evening with your significant other, creating a delicious Italian meal from scratch- Lobster Ravioli in a brandy-cream sauce with shiitake mushrooms and leeks, a veggie side, and finish it off with a champagne granita for dessert. We will learn how to clean and cook a lobster efficiently, make homemade pasta dough, and work on plating and presentation. Menu subject to change or alter slightly.
